The paper label near top of spine however does remain. ; Illus. , inscribed and signed by the author on the blank page prior to the title page. The inscription reads "To Anne Worthington Callihan eternally "Miss Annie" with much love and all best wishes, Sincerely, Clay Lancaster 26 August 1960". Two old clipped newspaper articles laid-in, 1 a review of the book by fellow Lexington author Burton Milward, the second a Bettye Mastin story from the Lexington Leader, Sept. 5, 1956, "Clay Lancaster Working On Book About Fayette Architecture". Both clipped articles yellowed and folded with old yellowed tape still attached, they appear to have been taped to a blank page at rear as some yellowed tape stains remain on the page. ; 122 pages; Signed by Author.…
