This is the first and only hardcover printing of this title and was also produced in a limited of 750 signed and numbered numbered copies. The slip case is in New condition. The book is in New condition with straight spine, sharp corners, firm spine ends and pristine pages. The copyright page confirms the Charnel House publication in 1992.

I charge shipping that reflects my actual costs. ABE only allows me to set one postage rate so I charge the rate for hardbacks sent in a box with bubble wrap and polystyrene peanuts. Where postage is less - eg a paperback or small hardback - I refund the difference once I get my receipts and know the exact cost. ALL UK parcels are tracked. if you live outside the UK tracking is NOT provided unless you choose priority mail. PRIORITY MAIL TRACKING IS IMMEDIATELY UPDATED otherwise I will only update ABE with UK tracking details on request, and only when 10 working days has passed. There will be times when, due to the value of the book, I will insist on priority mail and this will be clearly stated in my listing. If you ignore this, your order will be refused.
