Dampstain at the base--more notably affecting the dust jacket--and some bumps to corners, but otherwise a crisp, clean copy. SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Nixon on a front blank: "To John Pilzhoff [?] Jr. with best wishes from Richard Nixon." As one of Nixon's last published books before his death in 1994, there are fewer authentically signed copies in commerce than some earlier titles. We've found that most copies in the trade described as signed are in fact signed on bookplates which were later laid-in or affixed to the book. Seller Inventory # 11157
