Full-Leather. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. This is a very good hardcover copy of the signed Collector's Edition, bound in salmon leather, with an oval color plate tipped-on to the front cover. Lightly scuffed covers, with a few tiny indentations. Corners lightly worn. Completely clean inside. The Collector's Edition bookplate is tipped-in on the front endpaper and is signed by Gerdts. Also an inscription to a colleague dated 1985 on the same page. 399 illustrations in color and black & white. Bibliography. Notes. 13" high X 11" wide, 336 pages. A very nice, signed and beautifully bound copy of this classic reference. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra.
