Signed by the author on front endpaper. No dust jacket. The orange cloth boards are soiled, corners worn, spine sunned and tears head/tail. Interior is clean. Clementine Paddleford (1898-1967) was an American food writer active from the 1920s through the 1960s. Her 1960 cookbook "How America Eats" was influential and is viewed as an important cookbook in our culinary history. All orders packed with care, dust jackets protected by Brodart sleeve, independent bookseller since 2011.
