Top of textblock dyed green by publisher. Soiling to edges of textblock. Age toning to textblock. Mild soiling on front pastedown through title pages. Book plate belonging to previous owner on second free end paper. Sheet of paper inscribed by Sandburg pasted to the half-title, causing significant warping and damage to the leaf.
