This example is No. PP 18 [signed]: John Godfrey." [This is one of the 25 publisher's copies, numbered: PP 18]. 6 3/4 in. x 8 3/4 in., unpaginated; [20]pp., with text printed on one side only. Light blue, textured paper wrappers, sewn. The yapp edges of the wrappers show three tiny splits to the paper, very light wear. This publisher's copy has been inscribed on the front, blank flyleaf: "For- as ever, -Bill [William Katz] 29 July '74."
