Typed on Embassy of Israel letterhead paper, with embossed blind-stamp seal at top. Dated January 14 1964, and casually signed 'Avry.' Avraham Harman (1914 - 1992), at this time was the Ambassador to the U.S.; later with a distinguished career as president of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Approx. 8" x 10 1/2" size; slight wear; old fold lines; in very good condition. Seller Inventory # 028423
