We guarantee the condition of every book as described on the AbeBooks website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book / Not as Described / Damaged), or if your order has not arrived, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the last item or lot.
To cancel the contract, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter, fax, or email). You may also use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. Alternatively, you can cancel directly through our website.

To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your communication concerning the cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive option).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is due to unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days after the day we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
The supply of newspapers, journals, or magazines (except subscription contracts);
The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., CDs, DVDs) if you agreed at the time of purchase that the content could be delivered and that it could not be cancelled once the delivery had started.
