Sibila Freijo (La Coruña, 1972) es licenciada en Ciencias de la Información. Comenzó su carrera profesional en el mundo de las agencias de comunicación para pasar muy pronto al sector de internet, donde durante más de dieciocho años desarrolló su carrera de periodista digital, primero en el mundo de los portales web, gestionando contenidos, y después dirigiendo las webs de varias revistas de moda y estilo de vida.

Lleva más de quince años escribiendo el blog de sexo y humor Sexo en Chamberí (www.sexoenchamberi.es) con el seudónimo Carlota Valdés, que también es la protagonista de este libro. Está divorciada, tiene dos hijos y esta es su
