These seven items make up a mailer from the legendary numismatist B. Max Mehl - - all contained in the original mailer. Six items were sent in the 7.5 x 5.5 inch manilla mailer with Mehl's logo on the outside and mailed from Fort Worth , Texas. The manilla mailer is in only very good condition but all six items inside are in fine condition - - with the items being a 7.25 x 10.25 inch letter by Mehl with an elaborate monogram on the top and speaking to the price list and other contained items. This is a form letter with a stamped signature. Other items include a price list for US half-dollars, an order blank and return envelope, and a one-page folded price list for various American coins. The Number 56 Price List with the copyright of 1936 is in fine condition with the exception that the receiver of this packet wrote his name in two places on the front cover. Otherwise - - the list is fine and shows a picture of Mehl on the inside soft-cover, information about Mehl's operation, and then the 48-page price list details numerous coins and tokens with illustrations of the coins and several black-and-white photographs of Mehl's of general office operation.
