7 page original manuscript No binding, on hand made paper, 1st page fair, some edge dirt/ageing, rest of pages are good and clean. All single sided pages held together by clip top left corner. It is the life of Lincoln Alderman, Original Peart who was Mayor in 1650 & MP member of parliament for Lincoln 1654 & 1656. at end signed " Jno G. William 5th June 1908" He states Original was born around 1608 and died 1657, and mentions 2 sons, Robert and another also called Original who both also held positions of office in Lincoln. From a quick net check there is at present very little on the life of Peart, making this an important document on the life of Lincoln Alderman, Original Peart, Mayor & M.P. Size: 20.25 x 25 .25cm Approx.
