This is a nice old receipt for the shipping of one Hamper & one Box to be shipped as goods onboard the Union Shipping Company?s Smack, ?The Coldstream Packet?, captained by Alexander Miller, sailing from Miller?s Wharf in London, Sailing to Leith, near Edinburgh, Scotland, dated April 23rd 1808 the receipt is signed by the Wharfinger of Miller?s Wharf, and measures 7.5 inches by 5 inches approx. some browning, and a small spike hole in the centre of the paper, some creasing else in good general condition.
