1912 signed and inscribed first edition, A.T. Lloyd (Chicago, Illinois), 4 3/4 x 7 inches tall grey cloth hardbound, no dust jacket, gilt lettering to front cover, viii, 62 pp. Moderate soiling, rubbing and edgewear to covers, with a thin line of red staining along the spine on the rear cover. Signed and inscribed by the author on the blank front free-endpaper, dated 1920, with a Victorian era photograph - most likely of the author - tipped to the front pastedown.
