Item description from seller

Highly detailed map of theocrat of New England from Champlin New Hampshire to Musgongus Bay Maine. Executed in fine black lines, the map yields significant information about the intracacies of the coast line. The Survey was prolific under the direction of A. D. Bache. A nice artifact of maritime New England in the middle of the 19th century. The map id in fair condition but intact except for the lower left neatline which was trimmed by the binder. The is slight browning along the folds. Several fold tears have been repaired with archival mending tape. See pic.
