This rare original pair of antique maps of the State of California (Southern & Northern) has one fold as issued in each map. They are toned darker than it appears in the photos as camera would not capture the colors sufficiently, meaning the map colors are also a bit more vibrant than they appear. The maps are otherwise clean and in very good condition. Dimensions: 34.25" x 26.75" each. Maps include the following Indian Reservations in green: Tule River, Colorado, Hoopa, and Round Valley. Also includes Surveyor General's Office, Land Office, County Seats, Cities and Towns, Boundary of Counties, Rail Road Limits, Private Grants including a list of Surveyed Private Grants, Townships Subdivided.
