Taken from Standard Atlas of Lake County. This map of Lake Forest captures the development of the area at the turn of the twentieth century. The map shows from just north of Deerpath to just south of Illinois. It shows Lake Michigan to just west of Green Bay Road. This map is nicely composed and printed in color. Maps from this atlas are seldom on the market. This represents a rare opportunity for the historian or genealogist to acquire a significant artifact in the cartographic history of the North Shore.
