Published circa 1938, this is a scarce street map of the town of Tipton when it was made a borough in 1938 The map measures 25 inches by 19 inches approx., and is bordered by local business advert and the street index. It folds down into its printed paper covers measuring 7 inches by 4.5 inches approx. The covers are very worn to the edges and the front cover has nearly separated along its hinge, the map itself has a number of period hand written annotations (please see pictures) some browning, else in good general condition, this is a lighter item, shipping costs will been reduced accordingly at checkout where possible. A FRAGILE PRODUCTION, AND A SCARCE SURVIVAL.
