, single volume containing complete volume III and a partial volume II (chapter 69 to end) of The History of the War, from the Commencement of the French Revolution to the Present Time plus 21 hand coloured maps from A General View of the World : Geographical, Historical and Philosophical Volume II [1807]; 361-1038, iv, 478, 160 pages; separate title pages for Volume 2 and 3 , 23 plates comprising 6 plates from volume II and 17 plates from volume III including frontispiece. Separate title page for second part: of volume III, "The History of the War, from the Establishment of Louis XVIII. on the Throne of France, to the Bombardment of Algiers" is not present. Also bound with 21 maps (some folding) with coloured borders at rear, from A General View of the World : Geographical, Historical and Philosophical by Blomfield, dated 1806-1807. In total there are 44 plates in this volume First Edition thus; reprint , joints cracked but boards holding firm, boards scuffed and scratched, corners bumped, few marks to spine and rear board, scuffed at head and tail of spine, worming to margins of few pages at front and end of book, text clean, light water staining to edges of plates, maps clean, in good condition , full contemporary marbled calf with gilt titles on red spine label, gilt decoration to spine Quarto, 28 cm x 23 cm Hardback ISBN.
