Additional title on the front panel: "Including Marysville, Mukilteo, Lowell, Pinehurst, and the Fast-growing Area to the South of Everett." Black and white map 21 x 34" printed one side that folds to about the size of a large business envelope and is affixed in a yellow cards stock folder. Many of the purest to be unopened with no separations at the folds and no markings, the yellow folder is ever so lightly soiled with square and flat corners. Map includes an index to street names, railroads, transmission lines, corporate limits, dikes, Parks and playgrounds, postal block numbers, and section numbers. Also shown are bodies of water, sloughs, Highlands, as well as the various names of areas in these cities such as Maple Heights, View Ridge, Rucker Hill, Bayside, Delta, Baker Heights, and the like. This map has no date listed; but there is no interstate highway, the map still shows Postal Zone numbers which were used before Zip Codes, Mukilteo speedway is not listed, and the ferry from Mukilteo is shown as glowing goes to Columbia Beach, Whidbey Island; thus, I would judge this map was produced some time in the late 1940s or F F early 1950s. The price on the front panel is 50 cents! Lots of useful information on this map and a "must have" for anyone who collects Everett and vicinity ephemera.
