We guarantee the authenticity of all our autographs and documents.
Our invoices stand for certificate of authenticity. By simple request, we can also issue, for free, a separate certificate of authenticity in addition to the invoice.
As a member, our sales condition comply with the ILAB (International League of Antiquarian Booksellers)
Right of cancellation
Retraction:
According to consumer’s law L121-20, the buyer benefits of a 14 days time frame, upon receiving the item, to use his retraction right. The buyer can return the product for part exchange or full refund, with the condition that the item is returned in exactly the same condition as when originally sent by Le Manuscrit Français. In the event that the good is returned damaged or altered in any way, Le Manuscrit Français has the full right not to accept the returned good. Return charges at to the buyer’s expenses.
Rétractation :
En vertu de l’article L121-20 du Code de la consommation, l’acheteur dispose d’un délai de quatorze jours ouvrables à compter de la livraison de sa commande pour exercer son droit de rétractation et ainsi faire retour du document au vendeur pour échange ou remboursement sans pénalité, à l’exception des frais de retour.
