c1743 SPHERE ARMILLAIRE OBLIQUE. A stunning original copper engravedantique Map with illustrations of CELESTIAL AND TERRESTIAL GLOBES along with Sphere Droite Sphere Paralelle by Pierre Bourgoin. Bergoin was a French line and letter engraved active in Paris in the early to mid-18th century. He was best known as an engraver for the great French cartographer Jean-Baptiste Bourguignon dAnville. Overall size approx 52.5cm x 38cm. Condition is excellent with central fold, as issued. Seller Inventory # LM38-5530256
