An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated May 26th 1928, featuring an article on 'A Lesser Country House of Today' on Swnahurst, Moseley in Birmingham, Warwickshire, Designed by Messrs. Harvey and Wicks, With an 2 page write up with black and white illustrations of the house interior, exterior and a plan of the house. Country Life Magazine commenced publication in 1897 and these early issues have become highly collectable and a valuable reference to the house owners of today, architects, restorers and renovators and anyone interested in the history of the building. They have an extensive write up with pictures of the building (interior and exterior) and garden as it was at that time.
