Publisher s ornamental devices placed centrally on rear cover. ********************************************* CONDITION - GOOD PLUS - This is a previously owned book which remains clean and serviceable, with the following particulars and imperfections noted : EXTERIOR : Spine has abrasion and small loss at the extremities - the spine is considerably creased along its length, with splitting evident. Front cover has modest surface rub, a touch of weathering and smudging and one small damp stain; on the bottom front edge is a small, curved tear, approximately 1 inch in length, with attendant small loss; small loss to bottom front edge, next to spine; soft bumps to corner tips ; mild weathering, else clean. Rear cover has weathering, small spotting, chipping with small loss about edges. / BINDING The paper used for the cover is somewhat brittle. There is evidence of mending neatly effected to the cover attachment. The issue opens widely, and there are a few places where the text-block is cracked - however no leaves are detached, and the whole remains intact. It must be considered as fragile. / INTERIOR Paper is slightly toned, else the interior is clean and free of marking and marginalia, free of writing, and has no signatures. Seller Inventory # 1008
