4 magazine s in their original "yapp" edged wrappers, the pages reduce for the 1940's copies from 160+ to 128, the magazine is full of colour and plain risque cartoons and some photographic nudity, but no explicit material, articles by Bernard Darwin, Richard Dimbleby and Anthony Armstrong "AA" of Punch magazine, the 1940's issues have war articles, wrappers a bit dusty, contents near fine, lots of adverts front and rear. We are a small, single-owner business. We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
