First edition German weekly softcover magazine from 1919, having bound together 15 issues, and part of 16th, we believe representing March through part of June, issue nos. 11-25, plus part of 26, is in Fair condition, having chipping to edges of front and back covers; spine cover gone; some corners folded in interior, with an occasional small tear; pp. 221 to 228 have considerable folding to bottom corners; pages show normal age-toning for a periodical of this age. Illustrated by many artists, including Ludwig Koch, Paul Styx, Artur Stadler, Gisela Piwonka, H. M. Glatz, and "Rob." TEXT IS IN GERMAN. Illustrations convey the humorous, the risque, the macabre, and the erotic. A scarce item.
