Have you ever landed your dream role as an executive only to immediately face challenges your training never equipped you for?
Have you wondered, "How am I going to do it?", or found yourself managing people and wondering "Am I doing it right?"
It seems there's no magic C-suite playbook that tells you how to navigate the unique aspects of upper-level leadership.
If you feel like this, you are not alone. Many of the people Philippe Mathijs met and coached over the years faced similar questions and sometimes spent years frustrated, without answers.
Whilst this book doesn't profess to be the magic answer to all universal questions, Philippe shares his practical wisdom gained through 30 years of experience managing people worldwide.
How Not To Be Lonely At The Top provides invaluable insights into who you are and what's potentially stopping you from reaching your fullest potential.
You will gain insights and strategies to help you overcome the most difficult times you may face in your career, and if you are not yet managing people but want to...it will show you what pitfalls not to fall into!
About Philippe Mathijs
With nearly three decades of corporate experience at an international level and the last ten years spent in C-level leadership, Philippe marries the hands-on experience of running companies with thousands of hours coaching team leaders and, above all, helping people reach their full potential. He's someone who's been there, with the scars to show it.
The constant thread running through Phillipe's career and life is his passion for people and drive to leave a positive legacy to the people, teams, and companies he's served as a coach and an executive. Philippe believes people can achieve their desires and aspirations while exploring their potential in a way that will discover new ways of living, operating, behaving, and being. He's truly passionate about seeing people grow and thrive in ways they deeply desire.
