Neuware - As a society, we tell people that to be successful they should be a leader. 'Be a leader, and rise to the top', 'You too can lead!'. 'Leadership! Leadership!' But how do you know if you are, or even should be a leader We've all been at the mercy of someone in a leadership role who clearly shouldn't be a leader. This book is not your typical leadership book! It's not a how-to manual of instructions on how to rise above the rest and become a leader. Instead, the pages you find within will challenge you to question everything you know about leadership and to embark on an elemental path of reflection, digging to the root of the question 'Are you a leader '. Designed to be a fun-filled journey of self-discovery, this book calls upon numerous Hollywood and real-life examples to relate to and hopefully provide assurances that even if you aren't a leader, you can still be very successful, but more importantly, that those individuals who aren't leaders play a vital and often overlooked role in improving our society. Are you ready to embark on a truly introspective journey.…
