About the Author

Mr Alois Madhekeni is a Lecturer of Public Administration at the University of Zimbabwe Department of Political and Administrative Studies. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bsc (Hons) degree in Politics and Administration (UZ). He has published articles on Local Governance, Public Health and Public Administration.
