This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -To be at the top the institution must pursue the development. We don't mean the development of modern machinery and systems like the replacement of handiwork by computers or the change of the system of communication from letters to the internet and e-mails. Rather we mean by it the evolution and openness of intellect. The integration and eminence of styles. Also, the evolution of goals and aspirations; and in brief we mean by it the human development in its relationships, the way of dealing, and the method of working inside the institution whether in the administrative dimension or the dimension of workers in the within or the without, because although such work develop technically and owns whatever capacities still it is human mind that manage it. 120 pp. Englisch.
