Item description from seller

See photos for condition details. Hardcover, tan cloth boards with paper label on front. The exterior shows spotting and soiling, with the front board and spine having a light mark on the lower left and some larger stains in the center area. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight. The interior is in better condition than the exterior cloth. The end pages and pastedowns show toning and foxing but the text pages are clean. No handwriting was found but the front end page is embossed with "OSTEOPATHY Dr. Herbert S. Beckler, Staunton, VA".
