Near fine first printing in fine, unclipped dust wrapper. An unread copy but now nearly 30 years old. A sharp, tight copy but with seemingly inevitable age toning and spotting to the edges of the text block. The novelist's third book. Rouaud won the Prix Goncourt with his debut novel. Translated into English by Barbara Wright. As an enthusiastic collector myself I make every effort to provide a high level of service. Enquiries welcomed. Paypal accepted.
