Map of the world on Mercator projection showing the exploratory tracks of Vancouver (two voyages), Captain Cook (three voyages), Ross, Flinders, La Perouse, Furneaux, Weddell, and Phipps. In Australia, the Swan River is recorded, but not Perth. On verso two folds have a printed paper label listing works published by Cruchley, map seller and publisher, 81 Fleet Street, London. Engraved map with original hand coloring, dissected and laid on linen, 26 x 21 1/2". Dusty, some of the folds cracking with one segment tipped in with tape on verso, otherwise good + condition. This edition not recorded in OCLC; only later editions. Seller Inventory # 24721
