VERY HEAVY. 2 volumes-complete. vii, 698; 664pp + xxvii pp index + table of scriptures, engraved frontis portrait, list of subscribers. Rebound using contemporary boards with new spines, and various old leather as required, with covers bordered in dark pebbled leather with, to me, a less than pleasing aesthetic and priced accordingly-I recommend requesting images of this title before ordering. Some toning to page edges but generally clean and fresh internally. Two substantial volumes produced by subscription containing Howe's sermons and works, his funeral sermon and biography. Extremely scarce. Size: Folio.
