Tight, bright 1913 First Edition hardcover in red cloth showing bumped tips and rubbed/chipped spine ends. Cloth split and repaired along spine edges, book now in removable acetate wrapper and is protected going forward. Light color bleed on frt pastedown, along with a vintage Sifton, Praed & Co., Books, Maps & Stationers sticker there as well. No names, tears or soil found in the 269pp text plus adverts in rear featuring women's tailors for side-saddle outfits etc. Lovely, rare volume of hunting for ladies with charcoal paste-on art plate on frt board. Tissue-guarded frontis, few line drawn illustrations. Seller Inventory # 48623
