Every Women Wears Many Masks is a beautiful book that merges poetry by Beverly Baker with the art of Fern Samuels. It is about the way women view themselves and other women without being conscious of the special face we wear for each friend. Our subject matter is the person BEHIND the mask. Some of the titles of the poetry and art are "Survivor", "Negotiator", "Compassionate", "Explosive","Indecisive", "News Junkie", "Risk Taker", and "Compelling".We present this work to illustrate the depth and complexity of women and implicitly illustrate their rise in the public arena in all facets of art, literature and politics.
