We have a deep knowledge of books about dogs and we do our very best to accurately describe all of our books.
If within 21 days from the time of your purchase of one of our titles, you believe that we did not describe the book accuratey, please notify us and specify the discrepancy. We will be happy to refund your purchase price (less the cost of shipping) upon our receipt of the returned book.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage.
Shipping Terms:
All books will be shipped protected by bubble wrap. Shipments to locations in North America will be sent with tracking information.
Our experience has been that purchasing tracking for shipments to Europe and other parts of the world is prohibitively expensive. As a result, we will not purchase package tracking for any shipments to areas of the world other than North America. Packages will be sent at the lowest rate.
