Authors' first book. The White Leopard, a work of juvenile fiction, was based on material that Inglis Fletcher gathered during a trip to Africa and the Near East in 1928. Lovely non exlib copy in red cloth w/gilt titles and black illustration of two people carrying loads on their heads, walking with sticks in the grass. Lightly soiled and faded cloth with bumped spine ends but board tips fairly sharp. Boots Booklover's Library sheild/stamp on frt board. Inner hinge papers and page block fine, tight and bright.
