This is a scarce first edition of this crime thriller by Robert Bloomfield. The thriller follows a group of unlikely comrades and antagonists who are thrown together in a ghost town on the hunt for an alleged treasure, which culminates in violence and suspense. In a cloth binding with original dustwrapper. Externally, very smart. Light shelfwear to the board. Light damp staining to boards. Dustwrapper sound with some chipping and creasing. Tidemarks and some spotting. Evidence of repair. Internally, generally firmly bound although strained in places. Pages bright and generally clean with the occasional scattered spot. Very Good.
