This is actually an original of the contract and proposal for the Crescent Hill Reservoir found on Frankfort Ave, in Louisville, Kentucky. This is now housed in a black stiff cover that has some wear and creasing. The covers are thin brown paper and show much wear and soiling. The 69 pages show light wear with tanning at the edges.
