Collotype plates from Blake's illustrations except for frontispiece life mask of Blake. Quarter parchment and marbled paper boards, spine lettering gilt. Printed on Vidalon handmade paper. One of 1500 sets (of a total edition of 1575). THE LIFE is 4to xv+[1]+397+[3] pp + 24 tipped in plates printed by collotype from Blake's illustrations and various portraits. Bound in quarter parchment and marbled paper boards, uniform with THE WRITINGS and printed on Vidalon hand-made paper. The three volumes of WRITINGS have minor and virtually inevitable light soiling to parchment spines and wear to corners of boards but are a very nice set. THE LIFE is soiled at spine and worn at extremities though interior is very good with addendum folded leaf laid in. Seller Inventory # B32024
