Publisher's bright red cloth with oval gilt bust of Wellington to front board beneath gilt title lettering; gilt lettering and Wellington crest to spine. With large inked owner's name of Clara Field, 1898, written to front pastedown. Top edge of the pages gilt, fore-edges untrimmed. Light edgewear to boards and spine ends. A solid and clean copy.
