But all unwittingly add their tribute to his incomparable genius, for, since his earliest years in politics, Churchill, in the House or in Office, could never be ignored. In all there are 279 drawings, reproduced for the greater part, one to a page, each picture accompanied by the original caption and by editorial notes recalling the political event which inspired it. The cartoons are arranged in chronological order so that Sir Winston Churchill s career can be followed throughout the eventful years from 1900 to 1954. This book, 242 pages is in near-fine condition in a near-fine dust jacket that is now in a protective mylar wrap.
