Quarto (11 1/2 x 9 1/4"). Unpaginated, 24pp. Original spiral-bound decorative wrappers with decorated green lettering in green frame on cover. Decorative title page and initial. This splendid advertising brochure published by the renown Draeger brothers in Paris, is a stunning collection of eight photographic portraits of models, executed by the Harcourt Studio and reproduced in heliogravure. Each photo portrait is protected with a captioned tissue-guard with texts by French authors, and is facing a duo-tone reproduction of a corresponding portrait by a famous painter (Da Vinci, Gavarni, Rubens, Filippo Lippi, C. van Loo, Botticelli, le Corrà ge). Laid in a printed presentation card, without name entered into the space provided for it. Text in French. Light wear along edges of wraps, minor chips and closed tears and lightly rubbed. Small paper label glued to bottom edge of back wrapper. Light bump to lower right corner. Wraps in overall good+ to very good, interior in very good condition. Seller Inventory # 45437
