Shipping costs:
-You can see your current shipping costs in your current shopping cart during the ordering process.
Shipping:
-We ship with: DHL Group.
-We ship immediately after order.
-We deliver our media products worldwide.
-Our shipping costs apply to all ordered items and also include the shipping of FSK 18 items.
-Shipping costs include statutory value added tax.
-The items you order cannot be collected in person, but will be shipped only.
-You will receive all invoices by e-mail.
Delivery times:
-The delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days for Germany.
-For EU countries 3-5 working days
-Other countries Europe 4-7 working days
-World 7-21 working days, air freight.
(also depending on the shipping service provider in your own country).
Shipping to non-European countries or non-EU countries may incur additional taxes & import duties. The amount of fees, taxes and customs duties depends on the country of delivery. Please enquire about the fees at your local customs office. If any fees are incurred here, these are to be paid by you.
