A Near Fine first Printing that has some scuffing and staining in an alike dust-jacket that is also scuffed; Viper's Game is a suspenseful novel set in the fictional world of Ferentino, Italy. Giuseppe "Viper" Santoro is a successful crime lord who has been in business for decades. He is respected by his peers and feared by his enemies. However, Santoro is also a ruthless businessman who will do anything to maintain his power. One of Santoro's key rivals is Don Silvio Briganti, a powerful figure in the criminal underworld. Briganti is also Santoro's former mentor. Briganti has always been a threat to Santoro's dominion, but now he has something that Santoro cannot afford to lose: Santoro's daughter, Rosa. Santoro does everything he can to protect Rosa, even if that means crossing the line into criminality. Briganti won't stop until he has Rosa, and Santoro must find a way to protect her before it's too late.; 8vo; 267 pages.
