"Vallejo is called the 'City of Cash' by reason of the fact that $350,000 of uncle Sam's gold coin is paid monthly to Navy Yard employees and the enlisted and naval service men, all of which circulates in Vallejo." The views are primarily of public buildings and other architecture and naval related scenes. Apparently not in Rocq. OCLC locates on copy (California State Library). Very good.
