Extremely mild rubbing to spine foot and head, pale soiling to fore-edges and title page, small water stain to half-title page and title page, binding is tight, bright pages, less than quarter inch closed tear to front DJ-top corner, quarter inch closed tear to front DJ-rear edge, less than quarter inch closed tear to rear DJ-top edge, two less than quarter inch tears (one is clipped) to DJ spine head, light soiling to DJ (mostly to front DJ), sunned DJ spine, else near fine(-) in very good(+) DJ. in very good dust-jacket First edition (presumed; no earlier dates stated).
