Item description from seller

See photos for condition details. Hardcover, illustrated paper covered boards with red cloth to spine. Exterior shows scuffing and soiling along with edge and corner bumps/wear. Paper is chipped in several locations, with the worst being the lower right corner of the front board. The internal binding is good, no hinge issues. The front end page shows the original owner's name and address lightly written in pencil, which could easily be erased if desired. Pages are mildly toned due to age but there is foxing and spotting present, along with smudge marks. The rear pastedown has a small rough spot in the upper left corner, like where something was erased and it took off the finish of the paper.
