Top page ends tinted brown. Rubbing through cloth/fraying at corners and spine ends. Soiling/staining to boards and spine. Hinges previously split with mull showing and somewhat reglued and holding. Previous owner's name and line in pencil across free endpapers stamp to ffep as well. A faint moisture stain to front page ends and a couple short tears to page ends.
